Melton Park English Leicester Stud is a very special place in Tasmania. Anne Heazlewood cares for her English Leicester sheep on the Heazlewood property where English Leicester sheep have been raised for over 150 years. In fact, the property has been breeding English Leicester sheep since 1854! Anne herself has had over 20 years experience with this breed.

Anne takes a sustainable/permaculture approach to farming. Since the property has been involved with sheep for so long, the pastures are well maintained. Therefore, fibre enthusiasts can be assured there is low veggie matter in her fleece.
